The same day I harvested from my garden...Jennifer,

The same day I harvested from my garden a friend brought over tons of potatoes, onions, carrots, tomatoes and beets, so I punted. Instead of making the butternut squash soup, which I shall save for later as I only have a few, I did a roasted vegetable chicken soup. Yum. No recipe for that one, just tossed it together.

So, how was the curried butternut soup? Yummy, I hope. I accidently linked to the wrong soup on the first recipe, it was supposed to be a Spiced Butternut Squash Soup. I can’t link it here, but it is on All Recipes. com. I might try the first recipe but would roast the squash to intensify the flavors. I love roasted vegetables!

Feels like another soup day, wonder what it’ll be?

Have a good one.

KimKim Radatzhttp://kimradatz.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5098861597842121786.post-61338710046008403332011-09-18T17:58:51.557-04:002011-09-18T17:58:51.557-04:00A friend gave me a butternut squash from her garde...A friend gave me a butternut squash from her garden the other day and I was wondering what to do with it—thanks for the great ideas!
